For some time now, I've been thinking about how society during the pandemic has reminded me a lot of the wonderful Sneetches story by Dr. Seuss. I finally took the time to transform the classic so it applies to these strange and unusual times. However,
the rhyming gets better
she said with a wink
and true to her word
the ink at the link
is frightfully clever
that’s what i think

with power and will
gave out the ouchy
but not the cheap pill
and paid all the doctors
to say they’re all ill

would sit on their couchy

out from their own pouchy
